Clinical Experience Raritan Bay Medical Center Perth Amboy, NJ (Fundamentals in Nursing, Pediatrics, ICU, ED, Stroke Unit) Safely administered medications to multiple clients using the seven rights of medication administration. Performed multiple dressing changes (sterile/non-sterile). Safely administered medications through a gastric tube. Assessed patency of multiple IV sites for complications/ flushed multiple IVs. Taught clients: use of incentive spirometer, early ambulation post op, diet relating to disease process and caution with medications. Strong, influential leadership and teamwork skills.
