A dual-ratchet wheel transmission apparatus includes: a drive wheel set, having a first drive wheel and a second drive wheel coaxially integrated with a drive shaft; a driven wheel set, being coaxially set with a driven shaft in which the driven shaft is connected to an output for transmission, the driven wheel set including: a first driven wheel being centrally integrated with a unidirectional ratchet wheel, in which the first driven wheel engages with the first drive wheel for transmission, a second driven wheel being centrally integrated with another unidirectional ratchet wheel, in which the second driven wheel is connected to the second drive wheel via a transmission element. By the aforementioned configuration, whether the drive wheel set rotates forward or backward, the transmission set rotates in only one direction.

A direct-drive bicycle include a bicycle body, which extends to include a front fork. A front wheel is pivotally provided at a tube fixedly provided at the terminal end of the front fork. A shaft passes through the tube. A rotary disc is connected to the shaft. A pedal is provided at each end of the shaft through a connecting rod. A transmission assembly include a rotatable spline shaft provided, a friction wheel slidably provided at the spline shaft to press against a friction disc provided at a side of the front wheel, and a rotating wheel fixed to the spline shaft. The rotary disc is located between the spline shaft and the front wheel, and drives the rotating wheel to change the position where the friction wheel presses against the friction disc. Thus, the front wheel can be directly driven and provides continuously variable transmission.

A walking vehicle the vehicle frame comprises a vertical tube adjacent to the two front wheels, and a lateral tube at the top end of the vertical tube. The rear wheel is connected to a left pedal and a right pedal. The central rod passes through the lateral tube. The left handlebar sheathes and the right handlebar sheathes each one end of the central rod. The left handlebar are connected to the left pedal. The right handlebar are connected to the right pedal. The gear set comprises a first bevel gear mounted at the right handlebar, a second bevel gear mounted at the right connecting rod, and a connecting gear with a mounting rod passing through the central rod thereof and engaging the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear. This has the effect of facilitating the operation of the walking vehicle for improved handling maneuverability and stability.

A transmission apparatus for a leveraged wheelchair may include a wheelchair, a driving mechanism, a driving wheels set, and a transmission wheels set. The driving mechanism has a first tube and a second tube which are pivotally connected, and with the relative movements between the first tube and the second tube, the driving wheels set can have forward or rearward rotation so as to achieve bi-direction driving effect of the wheelchair. Also, the relative movement between the first tube and the second tube is cooperated with a flexible connecting head such that a handle of the wheelchair is adapted to be forward and rearward pulled or rotated axially so to achieve the moving and turning actions of the wheelchair with one hand.
