Abstract:
A golf ball aligning device (GBAD) () that is disclosed as a golf visor () and as a golf cap (). Both the visor () and the cap () feature a bill () that has a front square edge (), an upper surface () and a lower surface (). To the lower surface () and adjacent to the front square edge () of the bill () is applied a dark non-glare finish (). Alternatively, to the square front edge () of the bill () can be attached by means of a living hinge () a square movable tab () also having a dark non-glare finish (). The dark non-glare finish () when viewed by a golfer, aids in aligning a straight ball trajectory along a golf course. The GBAD () can also be designed to include a bill adjusting assembly () that interfaces with the right and left head bands (),() and the respective right and left hand bands ().

A removable golf-ball aligning device (RGAD) () that is designed to allow a golfer, especially when putting, to align a golf ball to travel in a straight trajectory. The RGAD () is designed to be attached to the bill () of a golf cap () or a golf visor () and is comprised of three major elements: a bill attachment member (), a panel () and a means () for attaching the panel () to the bill attachment member (). The panel () is made of a transparent material () and includes a lower section () that terminates with a lower straight edge (). The lower section is coated with a non-glare coating () that can consist of a non-glare paint () or a black non-glare tape ().
