I have attended 3 residencies and completed 2 KAMs. I have 3 classes to finish and I should start my dissertation in March 2010. My dissertation will be examining the effect of a public preschool experience on kindergarten pre-reading skills. I consider myself an advocate for Universal Preschool where all 4 year old children should have the opportunity to attend preschool without restrictions and entrance at-risk guidelines.
