US Patent:
20020116180, Aug 22, 2002
Filed:
Feb 20, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/788094
Inventors:
Zinovy Grinblat - Medford MA, US
International Classification:
G10L021/00
G10L019/00
US Classification:
704/201000
Abstract:
The present invention provides a new method for the transmission and storage of speech by transmission of a personal speech codebook and indices of the spoken speech of the speaker, comprising of the following steps: a) creating the personal speech codebook of the speaker in advance; b) permanently storing the personal speech codebook of the speaker; c) transmitting the personal speech codebook of the speaker; d) receiving the personal speech codebook of the speaker; e) storing temporally the received personal speech codebook of the speaker, f) dynamically updating the personal speech codebook of the speaker, g) transmitting indices of the spoken speech of the speaker, h) receiving indices of the spoken speech of the speaker, i) decoding transmitted indices of the spoken speech of the speaker to the original spoken speech. The same personal speech codebook of the speaker can use for verification, identification and recognition.

Hybrid Thermodynamic Cycle And Hybrid Energy System

View page
US Patent:
20060055175, Mar 16, 2006
Filed:
Sep 14, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/939703
Inventors:
Zinovy Grinblat - Medford MA, US
International Classification:
F03B 13/00
H02P 9/04
US Classification:
290054000
Abstract:
The presented invention provides of hybrid thermodynamic cycle and a hybrid energy system as a method of reduction of fossil fuel consumption, maximum utilization of energy from renewable energy sources, increasing hybrid energy systems' efficiency and operating time, and transforming these systems from supplemental to primary energy producers. The hybrid thermodynamic cycle is a method of integration of incompatible types of energy, such as solar radiation, fossil fuel, kinetic energy of wind, of the ocean tide and wave, and of the river water. The integration process involves collection, conversion, operation, storage, and transmitting of incompatible energies using kinetic energy collectors, compressors, solar and air heat energy exchangers, air and thermal storages, piston and gas turbine heat engines, electrical generators, and air and electrical transmission lines. Surrounding air is used as an intermediate working substance in the hybrid thermodynamic cycle. A hybrid thermodynamic cycle is a two-phase method of converting renewable energy into mechanical/electrical energy. A first phase of converting renewable energy into mechanical/electrical energy includes: conversion of low oscillating renewable kinetic energy into heat energy; preparing and storing of a standardized (cooled) compressed air; collecting and storing of renewable solar radiation and kinetic energy in the form of heat energy. A second phase of converting renewable energy into mechanical/electrical energy includes: returning of stored a standardized compressed air and heat energy to a conversion system; conversion of heat energy into mechanical/electrical energy in a phase of high spinning heat engine-generator's shaft.

Method And System For Text Compression And Decompression

View page
US Patent:
20080270117, Oct 30, 2008
Filed:
Apr 24, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/789081
Inventors:
Zinovy D. Grinblat - Medford MA, US
International Classification:
G06F 17/27
US Classification:
704 9
Abstract:
Creation and recovering of the pseudo-code (Y) form the basis of the present method of text compression and decompression. The pseudo-code (Y) is created by formula Y=C+X. The pseudo-code includes information of a repeating index/symbol (constant C) and a current index/symbol (X). The pseudo-code (Y) is converted back into original information by formula X=Y−C. To service the pseudo-code one needs to convert original symbols of text into indexes, and to create a permanent and temporary vocabulary. The present permanent vocabulary is a redundant vocabulary built in advance, includes dictionary with common symbols taken from books, articles, and dictionaries, and serves as a reference vocabulary stored in the permanent memory. The temporary vocabulary is built and is used during compression and decompression processes. The functionality of the temporary vocabulary is to convert a high bit length of indexes belonging to the permanent vocabulary into a low bit length indexes present in the temporary vocabulary.

US Patent:
20140180679, Jun 26, 2014
Filed:
Oct 7, 2013
Appl. No.:
14/047973
Inventors:
Zinovy D Grinblat - Medford MA, US
International Classification:
G06F 17/22
US Classification:
704 10
Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a method and system for compression and decompression text comprising: creating a redundant universal permanent reference vocabulary which include commonest symbols utilized by all application, and symbols found in thousands of books, specific, professional vocabularies and is created in advance of any information processing, own vocabulary containing during process of text compression and decompression wherein the own vocabulary includes words and symbols e.g. slangs are found in written conversation between persons; splitting the universal vocabulary into a root of tree symbol/index and main symbol sections; creating a first temporary vocabulary; wherein the first temporary vocabulary includes commonest symbol/index utilizing by all applications, root of tree word/index section, and merging index table section to words content in specific vocabulary section; creating a second temporary vocabulary for repeating symbols found in the source text and not found in the first temporary vocabulary; creating pseudo-code by merging an indicator with root of tree or main indexes.

Method And System For Utilization A Fluctuated Wind

US Patent:
20140103651, Apr 17, 2014
Filed:
Oct 17, 2012
Appl. No.:
13/573961
Inventors:
Zinovy D. Grinblat - Medford MA, US
International Classification:
H02P 9/04
US Classification:
290 44
Abstract:
The present method and system provides: conversion of always fluctuating wind into a variable AC electrical power P through wind turbine and electrical generator; consuming its variable AC power with accordance of an equation P−Pc−Pv=0; conversion of the variable AC power is drawing from two phases of an electrical generator into an AC power connected to an electrical grid through an six-pulls diode rectifier, first heat energy exchanger, DC capacitor and DC-AC inverter; conversion a variable AC power drawing from third phase of an electrical generator into heat through switches connected to a neutral line or into a constant voltage DC power through an six-pulls bridge rectifier, second heat energy exchanger and DC capacitor; permanently keeping the rectified variable DC voltage is higher than a DC constant voltage at the buffer capacitor.
