I have lived in the Jacksonville area since 1984. I love the area and I love selling real estate. I know Duval, Clay, and St. Johns area very well. I have worked with buyers and sellers. Working to educate people about what is going on in the real estate market is one of the things about selling real estate that I really like. I stay informed by reading something everyday related to real estate. It is very important to stay up to date on the market and how it affects buyers and sellers. Education is very important to me. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. In Real Estate I also value continuing education. I have obtained several designations, which include: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), E-Pro, Stager, and At Home with Diversity. I continue to always expand my education with classes that will bring value and benefit to my customers.
