Viviana Montenegro knows a thing or two about settling into new places. Born in Germany, raised in Colombia and, now, a proud New Yorker for over a decade, she can thank an eclectic upbringing and an adventurous spirit for her facility in making the most out of new environments. In 2009, Viviana graduated with a degree in International Business from Baruch College, and was soon after recruited by the Macy's INC Executive Training Program – rated one of the top executive training programs in the country. While in school, she completed two internships in the finance sector; one in which she assisted the founder of Davenport Group, a hedge fund marketing firm, and the other at IMAG, a management consulting firm for international banks. Because of these collective experiences, Viviana has developed a sharp business acumen and knows that building trust with her clients – everyone from international investors to new parents – is the key to a successful and fruitful relationship. Due to her own multinational background—she was born in Germany, raised in Colombia, and has lived in New York City for over a decade—Viviana Montenegro understands the combined excitement and anticipation of relocating to an unfamiliar place. Viviana earned a degree in International Business from Baruch College in 2009. She prides herself on her ability to match clients with properties that meet or exceed their needs and expectations. But Viviana likes to balance enterprise with creativity—in her spare time, she enjoys painting. She finds this often forms an instant connection with clients, many of whom are artists themselves (or at least art devotees).Besides giving her life balance, she feels exercising that part of her brain helps her envision possibilities, seeing properties as potential—not unlike looking at a blank canvas.
