As a Real Estate Professional in the robust DC/Metro Area market, my goal is to provide my clients with not just a single service, but rather an all-encompassing experience tailored to their specific real estate needs. Our team, The Fleisher Group, specializes in luxury homes and new construction, with an astonishing $180,000,000 average in sales over the past 10 years. My passion lies in educating my peers and first-time purchasers on the home-buying process and navigating them throughout the complex process, from our first handshake to the last signature at the settlement table. I also work with developers and investors on opportunity analysis, property acquisition and strategy implementation in both established and developing markets. My appetite for real estate developed at an early age, growing up in the DC area as the son of an award-winning agent and a successful real estate marketer. I am currently enrolled in Georgetown University M.P.S program in Real Estate Development after earning my B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
