Tom & Serena are leading experts is residential real estate in the Las Vegas area as they recently finished 2013 in the Top 17% of Realty ONE Group which is the largest residential real estate company in Las Vegas. Tom has always had a passion for real estate since a very young age. He purchased his first home at the age of 22 in Tucson then a short 9 months later moved to Las Vegas where he purchased his second home at the age of 23. Tom’s home in Tucson became his first rental property of many as he began to purchase additional properties over the next few years. During this period as a residential real estate investor he was approached by a mortgage lender that was financing a home for him to become a loan officer for their company and he made the official leap into the mortgage business in 2004. By the end of 2004 Tom was a team leader overseeing 15 other loan officers. Then, as the company grew, he was promoted to the VP of Operations. In early 2008, Tom and his wife Serena had to move out of state for a family emergency and during his 2½ years in Albuquerque he decided since he was starting all over again that he would follow his passion: real estate, not mortgage. Tom joined one of the top producing real estate teams as a buyers agent to ensure he would learn the business and be successful in a new city. During this first year he was able to close over $3 million then separated from the team and focused on both buyers and sellers while building his own business. The urge for Tom and Serena to move back to Las Vegas where their long term friends and family were living was too strong and they moved back home to Las Vegas to pursue real estate. Serena joined Tom in real estate upon their move back to Las Vegas. Tom & Serena have an in-depth knowledge of residential real estate with not only buying and selling over 12 personal residences and investment properties but working side by side for years with both buyers and sellers to ensure they are successful in their goals with sound advice.
