Todd Huettner is President of Huettner Capital, a residential and commercial real estate mortgage brokerage. His career in real estate began in 1990 with Huettner Properties, a family-owned commercial real estate company. He has worked as a real estate agent, a financial analyst, and a consultant to Fortune 500 clients. Todd also opened and managed loan origination offices for two of the largest homebuilders in the country. Having written many articles for industry publications, Todd is frequently quoted in the trade and business press andrecognized as an expert. Todd graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned his Masters of Business Administration at The Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Jill and their three sons. An active member of the community, he is a volunteer withthe Arapahoe Youth League and the Southeast Denver Baseball and Softball League.
