Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiration. Change, feed and bath patients; help the patients with other personal needs such as combing hair, trimming nails, brushing teeth, passing bed-pans and helping patients to use the bathroom or the urinal. Turn and change the position of bed patients according to their turning schedules. Keep linen and patient's room clean and in order as well as empty and clean urinals and bedpans. Assist and help the patients with the range of motion as scheduled.
