QUALIFICATIONS I have been a Customer Service Representative with Dynamic Marketing for two years; where we operate both inbound and outbound calls. We also have a feature called click to chat which allows us to speak with Customer's via online chat. I am a fast learner and have a good work ethic with a very goal oriented personality. My current qualifications include inbound/outbound calls, data entry, scheduling appointment with Outlook, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, advertising, experience using Microsoft, and Excel Spread sheets. I am a graduate from Lincoln High School class of 2009, and am currently enrolled at both Eastern Michigan University and Washtenaw Community College. My goal is to obtain a bachelors degree in Business/Healthcare Administration. I would like to have a background in other occupational fields as well in order to broaden my career opportunities.
