The OPA is in merit of outstanding performance in building an MTT (Mobile Training Team) for the US Army. The MTT is responsible for traveling Fort to Fort throughout the US and training Rout Clearance, Counter IED, and Intelligence to troops prior to going to undisclosed regions. The dynamic 32 person team was amassed in just under 30 days.
