At 2 p.m. on Jan. 29, his uncle was jogging in the yard when he saw Fogle. He ran over to Fogle and started punching him in the face. When Fogle fell to the ground, Steven Nigg began wailing on him, bloodying his face. Fogle's body guards didn't do anything about it, he said.

But in the 20 years before Steven Nigg committed his latest federal crimes in 2010 he had not been arrested, his nephew said. Steven Nigg stocked vending machines across Wisconsin for a family business, he said.
