Bragging Rights:
In addition to building a congregation from scratch, I worked as a military Jewish Chaplain for 4 years active duty, & chaplain candidate in the reserves, all as an officer in the USAF. After my honorable discharge from the USAF at the rank of captain, I served as a California State prison chaplain for almost three years. To become a rabbi at 40 years old, I completed a 6 year seminary program. This was after returning to school as an undergrad at 30! I have lived many adventures in my life: you can see some of them below in the places I have lived & served. Still living life's adventure!!
