My name is Stephanie Billions. I live and work in Temecula Valley and all surrounding areas. I started my career in real estate in 2004 when I began originating mortgage loans. I loved the mortgage business however I missed the face to face interaction with clients. I decided to become a Realtor after many of my clients asked me to sell them a home. That was one of the best decisions of my life. I completely enjoy my career as a Realtor. I love making dreams come true for my clients be that they are investors or first time home buyers. In addition I did not leave the mortgage business. This helps me provide advise and assistance with the loan and the home. I can be your "one stop shop" if you will. Prior to my real estate career I was in the United States Navy. I entered the Navy at a very young age. My military experience helps me represent my clients to this day. I continue to hold honor, commitment, and courage in high regard. This has proven to help in the representations of my clients.
