I have four designations -- Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) -- all of which are extensive real estate training above and beyond required CE's. I've also participated in ongoing sales training programs such as Walt Frey's Ninja Selling and Leader's Choice Sales Training. I'm a member of NAR, KAR, KCRAR and the Heartland MLS.
