While I was a machine operator, I was responsible for changing the machines over in a timely manner for the next product. I was able to maintain a smooth flow of product during wrap changes. During my time in sanitation, I was responsible for breaking down and cleaning machinery. I was able to finish tasks in the time allowed. I was frequently assigned to difficult tasks because of my attention to detail. I volunteered to lead the safety meeting every morning for the last three years. I taught successfully using demonstrations and humor. Being a team player, I was selected by my supervisors at Sara Lee to participate on several problem solving teams.
