Would you like to create a more comfortable balance at home, work and in your relationships? Are you feeling overwhelmed and wondering how to move forward?
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and work with families, couples and individual adults and teens. I have particular sensitivity towards and experience with:
- helping teens and families manage the challenges of adolescence

- healing from loss or trauma

- helping people understand and communicate about gender

My overall therapeutic approach is collaborative and humanistic, which values each person's uniqueness and innate capacity for positive growth and transformation. I have a background in fine art and art therapy and strive to bring a creative approach to my work.
