I am not a traditional Realtor. Although I began my career as a traditional agent in Columbus, since June of 2001, I have been practicing what is commonly called flat fee listing. I think of it as 'fee-for-service' because my sellers only pay me for the services I perform and they can choose which services they want to purchase. I save my sellers about half of what it would cost them to sell with a traditional agent. Sellers pay me an upfront fee and they only pay what they are willing to pay the buyer's agent at closing. This saves sellers a LOT of money. I have been licensed since 1989 and have a degree in real estate with over 1400 classroom hours. I have owned my company since 1996. My goal is to offer an alternative to traditional real estate, to give the seller choices and to serve.
