Abstract:
A method, base station, and wireless communication system provide seamless mobility in a time division duplex system. The method includes determining a mobility capability of the wireless communication device (). In response to determining that the mobility capability of the wireless communication device () may involve a network address change for a new sub-network (), an identification of at least one neighboring base station () is provided to the wireless communication device () that the wireless communication can select to be handed into.
