I have been an active full time licensed realtor for RE/MAX Professionals since 2001 serving Essex, Union, Hudson, Bergen, Middlesex, Morris and Somerset counties. As the REO Specialist for the firm, I have a strong background working with asset management firms, banks, and financial institutions; seeking to market and sell their foreclosures and REO properties. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Western New England College in Springfield. MA, as well as completing several online courses from Default Real Estate School in Advanced Evaluations, and Best Policies and Procedures in order to get a better understanding of the requirements asset managers are seeking in this highly competitive foreclosure marketplace. I am also a multi-million dollar producer for RE/MAX Professionals, and have an active portfolio of REO listings on a year to year basis. My REO experience includes: Interior and Exterior BPO’s, negotiating cash for key agreements, tenant evictions, property maintenance and re-key, listing and selling REO properties, short sale negotiations, completing monthly status reports, working directly with approved title companies and attorneys to close REO transactions, and working with approved contractors and vendors. My current certifications include: REO Default Certified Professional-RDCpro, and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource-SFR.
