-2003 Master of Ceremonies for the NDSU Student Leadership Conference -2011 Top Dog. The Top Dog award is for the top 22 store level managers in the country who have been leaders in their own region as well as being successful at managing their own business. We got to go to our corporate headquarters to receive additional training to knowledge to then bring back and implement and share withing the region, most notably, T.O.U. Tube. T.O.U. Tube was a new training program for all new hires to Target Optical and we led the initial training and implementation of the program.
