My mother was the youngest Broker in the state of Hawaii in 1972 and she continues to work with clients she has had for over 35 years. I first came to Seattle in 1993 and had lived in the city over 20 years. I began my own real estate business in 2005 and quickly fell in love with it. I have since gone on to work with a client base that is almost 100% referrals from pastclients and friends. Effective communicating with my clients is a primary focus. I listen intently for what their needs are; whether it's being attuned to their goals in a purchase or a sale and I work efficiently to meet those expectations. Keeping up-to-date daily on the market; trends, pricing, real estate laws and interest rates, makes me an effective negotiator with current information. Education is constant in this business as there is always more to learn. Every sale involves a unique client and keeping them informed and educated lets them make excellent decisions for their purchases and sales. I bring creativity and innovation to problem solving and I believe that the real estate journey can be fun.
