My name is Rodolfo Canon and I'm an agent with Your Castle Real Estate. My career in real estate started right after college at the University of Denver. I am dedicated, driven and I love what I do. I work almost exclusively in Denver County, as I have an affinity for old neighborhoods. Helping people buy and sell their homes in neighborhoods that have a lot of character is my specialty. I also do a lot of work with investors who want to develop parts of Old Denver. My team and I are currently working on two town home and condo projects near 38th and Tennyson St. I have extensive experience in remodeling old homes and new construction of homes in old neighborhoods. My construction experience never fails to help my clients when they are buying and selling in older parts of town where every home is different and carries with it a unique set of surprises. I am a real estate agent and developer with 8 years of experience in the Denver area. My areas of expertise are Old Denver neighborhoods because of their charming mix of old and new. Areas with small commercial amenities are of particular interest. I have realized a dream of creating my own business through service to others. There are few things in life more satisfying than helping a family move up, make a necessary change, or simply move on. I speak Spanish and Portuguese, in addition to English. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled the world and I chose to stay in Denver. This is a beautiful place to live and I wouldn't have it any other way. I come from a data focused background, paying special attention to neighborhood specific analytics. This enables my clients to make far more educated decisions on buying and selling their homes than they would otherwise have with your everyday realtor. I have sold more than $20mil worth of homes in my career and built another $26mil in new homes, in addition to more than 50 remodels of existing Old Denver homes.
