About:
My prior professional experience in marketing and property management is extremely valuable in today's real estate industry. Prior to working in real estate full time, I was a senior administrator in higher education responsible for various aspects of administration and marketing (national and international markets). In addition, I worked independently as the property manager for an 8 unit condominium building in the Back Bay section of Boston. Under my management, the building was completely restored. The association has no debt, fees have not increased in 8 years, and there is a significant reserve in the bank. It is important for a real estate professional to understand all aspects of real estate, not just sales. In order to better serve my clients, I completed a series of courses in real estate appraisal through the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers. Most real estate agents understand market value, but without additional education/training, may not understand the formula/method that appraisers use to determine the appraised value of a property, which is what matters to an underwriter. Working with a realtor who understands how to market a property, how to price it properly the first time, and how to guide you through the entire process is Priceless. Helping people realize their dream of owning a home is very rewarding. In addition to working with home buyers and sellers, I enjoy working with builders/developers to find the right investment property or land for rehab or development. If you are considering purchasing a new home or selling your existing home, or looking for the next development project, let me guide you through the process.
