Real Estate is challenging when you live in a salt waterfront area with three salt water bays and the Cape Cod Canal in the middle of the town. I specialize in selling waterfront homes and water influenced residential homes. The Town of Bourne has 59 miles of shoreline so lots of properties have views or you can walk to the beach. I am a boater and fisherwoman so I know the waterways thoroughly. I have been in real estate since the 80's and am very knowledgable. Serving on the Bourne Youth Council, the Recreation Committee and the Board of Assessors has given me many valuable in-sites into the town and the surrounding towns. We have worked very hard to add many recreational activities for the towns youth and continue to do so.
