Winner's have exhibited that special combination of drive and talent that our organization looks for. The winners were selected from across the spectrum of independent PCL operating companies, and they will each be recognized at local functions. Winners were part of a comprehensive nomination process that involved PCL’s district managers and group presidents. The nominees were rated in the areas of leadership, attitude, and career development. The first area takes into account the five practices that form the foundation of the annual PCL Leadership Course: modeling the way inspiring shared vision challenging the process enabling others to act encouraging the heart The area of career development draws on the behavioral and technical competencies outlined in the College of Construction’s Career Development Guides for project and field management. Significant criteria included safety leadership and mobility.
