I especially like to work with first time buyers as I get to share the excitement of that first home and relive that wonderful feeling I had when I walked through my first home purchase so many years ago. I do this work because I love what I do. I especially enjoy helping folks to understand the intricacies of mortgage finance and coaching them to make the best decision for their current situation and their life plans. I have a unique and in-depth perspective on the mortgage and real estate businesses as a result of my 30 years experience in the industry. I am licensed in DC, MD and VA and am prepared to assist homebuyers in all three of these markets.
