Peter is a native of Pennsylvania having been born and raised in Chester County. He attended The Haverford School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Hillsdale College in Michigan. After a career in money center banking, Peter moved to Bucks County, PA. He founded Dorrance Mortgage Corporation and then moved into real estate. His financial background in banking and mortgages helps him in pre-qualifying clients and getting them comfortable with the process. Peter’s long tenured real estate background has provided him success in both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey market areas. Peter’s variety in real estate includes anything from farms and estate properties to single family homes and even rentals. He enjoys both listing properties for re-sale as well as being on the buying sides. The bulk of his business comes from previous clients and referrals both from the mortgage business as well as real estate. Peter is a non-active member of The First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry and a past board member of The Devon Horse Show.
