NBI Seminar - Ethics
My presentation at the NBI Domestic Relations Seminar on November 30, 2012 was well received. I spoke on the topic of Ethics. A substantial portion was devoted to an explanation of the attorney grievance process. It was my goal that the participants in the seminar would be better equipped to deal with grievances filed against them if that were to occur, to advise clients who were considering filing a grievance against another attorney, and to be able to provide representation to at attorney who was defending a grievance.
