Abstract:
Do-it-yourself removable/reusable non-chemical highlight and hair extensions include a plurality of hair strands attached to a base support having a strip of double sided self adhesive tape with a removable backing and extended securing wings. A method of attaching the hair extensions includes separating a user's hair along a part line into an upper portion and a lower portion, placing the unit ⅛″ onto the lower portion of the hair with the backing removed from the poly strip containing the supplemental hair, placing the unit flat onto the upper portion of the hair, thus exposing the bottom side of the unit, while containing strands from the lower portion of the hair secured by the attached tape. The backing is removed from the right securing wing which is then folded onto the poly strip, then the left wing's backing is removed and the left wing is folded onto the right wing.

Abstract:
The present invention consists of a seamless self adhesive hair extension and a method of attaching them to the head of a wearer. The seamless self adhesive hair extensions is comprised of a plurality of either natural or synthetic hair strands attached to a base support made of polyurethane which has a rectangular strip of double sided self adhesive tape with a removable backing as the fastener. The method of use consists of separating a users hair along a part line into an upper portion and a lower portion wherein the upper portion and lower portion are temporarily swept up and away from the part line. Another double sided rectangular strip of self adhesive tape is placed along the lower portion part line approximately a ″ from the scalp onto the wearers natural hair, then withdrawing alternatng ″ strands of the wearers natural hair from the upper portion hair above the part line, the strands or rows will be laved upon the double sided self adhesive tape. the removable backing is removed from the tape that is attached to the hair extension or ventilated poly strip exposing the self adhesive tape; said self adhesive hair extension or ventilated poly strip is applied to the other double face tape on the wearers head which contains said strands, or rows of the wearers natural hair.

Abstract:
This version of the invention is concerned with the field of devices and that provide the appearance of longer or thicker hair and more specifically, a self-applicable integrated hair addition having a central opening therethrough which is adapted to be intermingled with the natural hair of a wearer to supplement it in those areas which ordinarily are thin or thinning due to hair loss or other causes. A foundation having a substantially elliptical configuration is structured to fit in overlying relation adjacent a frontal portion of the head of the wearer and an extension portion formed of light, flexible material structured for ventilation of the natural hair of the wearer therethrough extends rearwardly of the foundation into the central opening to add additional body to the natural styling of hair and versatility by providing additional hair capable of extending over a greater portion of the natural hair of the wearer. Supplemental hair, either natural or artificial, of selected color, texture, length and style are attached to the wefts of the construction.

A wig that includes a wig cap for being fitted onto at least a portion of the head of a wearer, and an array of predominantly synthetic hair attached to a first area of the cap that excludes a second area of the cap above and adjacent the nape of the neck when being worn by the wearer. An array of predominantly natural hair is attached to the cap in the second area of the cap. The array of natural hair is adapted to engage the nape of the neck and garments proximate the nape of the neck to thereby avoid fraying of hair ends characteristic of synthetic hair. Abstract:
A weft hair extension clip assembly, system, and method of using the same is provided. Each weft hair extension clip assembly has a planar base, along a first surface thereof the artificial weft hair is attached. On the second, opposing surface of the planar base is a frame joined thereto by opposing end caps for each clip of the weft hair extension assembly. Each end cap supports prongs movable between an inactive mode and an active mode, relative to the frame, where in the active mode the prongs intersect the plane of the frame in such a way as to urged hair of the user between the prongs and frame for a secure hold. The frame may also move in concert with the prongs from a convex configuration to a concave configuration hugging the head of the user in the active mode.
