I am a Seattle area native, University of Washington graduate and full-time real estate broker. My passion is building lasting relationships with my clients and enjoying time with friends, family and dog, Clyde. I've traveled a bit: Canada, Mexico, the UK, Franc, Italy, Greece and Australia. My favorite place I have traveled to so far was Bay of Islands, New Zealand. I really am looking forward to visiting Bora Bora. I just finished reading Pete Carroll's book, Win Forever and am about to start John Wooden's book, Leadership. I also enjoy George R.R. Martin's fiction series, The Song of Ice and Fire(Better known as the Game of Thrones series) I love funny movies and and live comedy shows. I am an avid UW Husky, Seahawk, Mariner and Sounder FC supporter.

Nate has been a full time residential real estate sales expert since January 2001. He specializes in selling homes and condos in and around the Renton area. Nate's business is largely built on referrals from past clients, friends and family who value his communication skills, knowledge and professionalism. Nate is active in the Renton community devoting significant time to the Chamber of Commerce by serving on its Ambassadors and Downtown committees. Nate is a Renton native and graduated from the University of Washington in 1999.
