About:
After a lifetime of buying, renovating and selling homes for her family, Nancy Lundell became a realtor to use her experience to help others enjoy the benefits of home ownership.
Mortgage interest rates are very attractive and home prices have stabilized in our area. It’s a wonderful time to become part of the American dream!
“It’s my goal to make your real estate transaction so pleasant and trouble free that you will become a friend for life, referring me over and over again to your friends and family members,” she says.
Nancy is very sensitive to the concerns of first time home buyers. “Many first timers are overwhelmed by the lingo, the amount of money involved and worried that a misstep will cost them thousands of dollars. That’s why I take care to guide them through the process of sizing up a property, securing their financing, negotiating the best price, meeting all the deadlines for inspections and paperwork and getting through the closing,” she says.
For a conscientious, professional, full-service realtor, you can’t beat Nancy Lundell!
Prior to becoming a Virginia realtor, Nancy had a career as a writer/reporter and editor for Computerworld, a computer industry B to B publication, and later as editor and co-owner of a lifestyle magazine serving Brevard County, Florida. During her years as a stay-at-home mom, she established and directed an educational foundation formed to provide financial resources for her community’s school district, which paid for student opportunities that otherwise would not have been possible.
She is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Liberal Arts.
