About:
Morgan Turkewitz, now a top rental agent at Citi Habitats, was born and raised in New York. Her accelerated success in real estate comes from her extensive knowledge of the Manhattan rental market and her ability to cater to each individual’s specific housing needs. Her ability to build a rapport with her customers comes from her overwhelming desire to fulfill their precise requisites. Morgan’s direct, candid approach allows her to determine her client’s exact parameters and prioritize what is most important to each individual. With this approach, she has become an undeniable asset to Brian Morgan’s team at Citi Habitats. In 2010, Morgan was also named one of the Top Ten Brokers in NYC by Time Out NY. Morgan earned a degree in Human Services & Business Essentials Summa Cum Laude from the University of Delaware. As an undergraduate, Morgan fully circumnavigated the world and visited 13 countries while studying with Semester at Sea. During her extensive travels, she was constantly exposed to new people and new cultures. She says, “In real estate, I encounter the same thing. This job is about meeting, interacting with, and relating to all different types of people. No two people are alike. I am able to adapt to different needs and personalities.” Morgan’s dedicated work ethic, and attention to detail doesn’t end at the work place. She most recently has thrived as a volunteer at a Not for Profit organization (Kid-Care) in which she holds the title of event coordinator. http://www.kid-care.org/ From sky diving to white water rafting and boating with her family, Morgan loves to take advantage of the outdoors. She also continues to travel; Morgan has been on safari in Africa, climbed the Great Wall of China and most recently relaxed on the beaches of Aruba.
