In 2005 I was invited to be among an up and growing company. My responsibilities focused on getting clients in the door to hear our "Set Fee" sales pitch instead of using traditonal Real Estate for high commissions. I soon realized that I was good at builiding those relationships and had a new love in Real Estate. I quickly became educated and licensed in the great state of Virginia. In 2007 I relocated to our competing office, they soon relinquished relationships with the former franchise and have become Q Real Estate. Everything we have built and accomplished has been through our own efforts so the decision to leave the franchise system, launch a new name and continue to deliver top caliber real estate services to our clients was an easy one to make. What does Q mean? We have always been client focused and built our business on the desire to have the most informed clients in the market. In order to achieve that goal, we focused on being experts in the skills and capabilities that would ensure our ability to perform at the highest possible levels and deliver the best possible service to our clients. We support our clients by providing accurate and insightful information along with the professional expertise needed to make the best possible decisions. We’ve been so successful in this that many of our clients know more about real estate and our local market than some agents do! Q represents the five skill areas every real estate client needs their Realtor to be an expert in.
