My Professional Focus and Expertise My main focus has always been to provide quality service to all of my clients. To be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, caring, informative and to make sure that their homebuying/selling experience involves as little stress as possible! I come from a military family and because I have lived in many locations I am fully aware of what the relocation process involves, whether it is down the street or halfway around the world!! My Philosophy My ongoing philosophy has always been the "Golden Rule". It is essential in a world where it seems that often, Customer Service has fallen by the wayside, that the interests of my clients are paramount. My Qualifications I have been in Real Estate for over 24 years, all of these years with Windermere. Prior to moving to Washington State I was in Broadcasting and Marketing in Hawaii. From 1995 to 1999 I was the Assistant Manager for Windermere South and from 1999 until the present I have been a Managing Broker. I am a Relocation Specialist and an accredited Staging Professional. My own rewards of being in Real Estate come from having satisfied clients either as Sellers, Buyers or both and having them pass their positive experience on to their family and friends! Areas of Expertise I am a long time resident of Maple Valley and specialize in South King County and Pierce County. The majority of my business is in King and Pierce counties. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional assisting sellers in preparing their home to get ready to put on the market and am an accredited Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Short Sale Specialist.
