Philosophy:
My specialty and love are helping individuals at transition points of their lives, with a focus from mid-life and on. This can be a time of dealing with many losses. These losses may include family, friends, and your role in community. This is also a time when we are surrounded with "Myths of Aging, ie Memory Loss and Depression".
