Hello! Please allow me introduce myself: My name is Michael Prillaman. I moved to Austin in the summer of 2000 from my native state of Virginia. Just one year after coming to the Austin area, I made the decision to become a local Realtor®. As a service-oriented extroverted socialite, I really enjoy getting to know people and working to help them with their real estate needs. I started my career in real estate primarily representing home buyers. Building upon my experiences, I later branched out to provide additional real estate services such as residential leasing services to both landlords and tenants. As a listing agent, I even successfully listed a number of area foreclosed homes. Upon moving into the suburbs east of Austin about 10 years ago, I began to specialize primarily in the real estate markets just to the east of Austin. It was also around this time that I associated myself with another area agent, Mark Sawyer, who taught me an extensive amount of knowledge about land and commercial property. Mark and I still work together on a lot of real estate transactions to this day. Now in my 12th year as a licensed area Realtor®, I have worked for a number of various different area real estate brokerage companies throughout those years. I have beenwithAustin Realty Executivessince 2011. In addition to being a Realtor®, I am active area musician. I am actively involved in the musicministry ofPromiseLand Church,servingin the capacity of horn/orchestra section leader and arranger. I play with various bands throughout the area, most prominently appearing withLarry Lange & His Lonely Knights. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for my neighborhood homeowners association. -A position I have held since 2006. I also regularly volunteer to serve in the capacity of Election Judge for Travis County. My wife, Stacey and I havebeen married since 2004. She presently works as a case manager for Cempatico Behavioral Health in Austin. We presentlyown a house out in the bedroom community of Manor, and have two labs named Berkley and Lexi.
