Description:
I'm a native Houstonian. I have worked and lived in the area and I have been involved in real-estate since 2009. I spent the first 30 years working with technology (Software, networks and servers) on the financial side of the field. The last 9 years were with a national mechanical contractor. This position involved me in a lot of technical and contract issues, plus lots of negotiating with tech service providers. I am rekindling my interest in photographing wildlife in the local parks and I have taken up cycling on my new Trek bicycle. I approach real-estate with a "follow the client" attitude. Everyone has their own pace, their own interests and concerns and I simply let my clients choose their schedule and pace. I am fully mobile; I have a notebook, mobile printer, scanner, and a tether-able IPhone. For my listings I use metal signs, not the cheap looking plastic on thin metal legs, but a steel sign frame. I use electronic lock boxes, and an appointment setting service. Though my broker (Realty Associates) I'm able to show and sell any home in the MLS system of (Har.com) of Harris and the surrounding counties. I am also able to show and bid on HUD homes as your agent. I can meet with you anyplace, a listing, your home, a coffee shop, park. etc
