I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1992, and people used to call me "The Mortgage Maven". In 2012 I celebrated my 15th year in residential mortgage finance in the Land of Enchantment. In 2013 I decided to step back from Mortgage Lending and concentrate my efforts full time on Homes In Transition, a company I have been with in addition to lending since April, 2010.
