About:
I have been a practicing real estate agent for the last 18 years and 7 of those years at my own agency, M. Celata Real Estate. Over the years I have learned to be patient with my Sellers/Buyers in the art of negotiation and I have become a tough negotiator but fair and ethical. During my career I have become a State Educator and have developed my own Real Estate Academy, Celata Real Estate Academy to help the public take and pass the real estate exam from the State of Massachusetts. I also instruct current real estate agents with their continuing education, 12 hours every two years is required. I am very pationate about the teaching and the practice of real estate.
