Skills:
I developed a simple and effective form of a cognitive behavioral tool to manage overwhelming stress, create daily structure, and achieve short and long term goals. The tool has been implemented at Harborview's outpatient mental health clinic, as a support group, for clients for over one year. Last summer, I presented the tool at the King County Behavioral Healthcare Conference. June 21st of this year, I presented on my tool at the Washington State Behavioral Healthcare Conference. In addition, by this coming December, the tool will be developed into an App for Mircosoft.
