I have lived in Sussex county on and off for over 30 years. I have lived in Lewes since 1990 and therfore offer potential buyers a wealth of information and knowledge of the area. I pride myself on the fact that I have strong communication skills which are very effective when negotiating a contract along with being a people person makes me able to deal with all different personality types. My mission statement to my clients is two-fold. I put my client's needs and wants first and foremost. When dealing with sellers I offer them a clear and concise picture of what price their home will sell for as a quick sale in the current market.
