Description:
"Instead of worrying about what people say of you, why not spend time trying to accomplish something they will admire?" - Dale Carnegie Mark Lorico was born in Long Beach, raised in the Bellflower area, bought a home in north Fullerton and currently living in Cerritos . Mark attended Mayfair High School. While attending high school he joined a networking company his father had introduced him to. Mark gained leadership skills and information no other teenager would appreciate. He later moved on to California State University of Long Beach, in the field of Real Estate Finance. While in college he gained experience through working in sales and in management with Wells Fargo bank for 4 years. He developed teamwork skills through his fraternity, elected as treasurer and was co-director of a major production at school. After school he then moved to direct sales as an Insurance Agent. Marketing was a great tool he learned from working in field sales with the Auto Club (AAA). A couple of years later he joined NationPoint, a division of Merrill Lynch Bank. Located in the mortgage capital of the world (Orange County). Telephone sale skills were acquired by soliciting leads generated from LendingTree.com. Mark closed a large volume of loans nationwide in his time with the company. It was not the same since there was no connection other than email and phone. He missed the direct contact with the people he served. Mark has always loved real estate. His father was a broker for more than 20 years and instilled this into his mind since Mark was a young boy. The passion has influenced Mark's wife Melissa to work with him from time to time as partners in Real Estate as she works full time as a nurse. They have a daughter named Danica. Mark purchased his first home in the north Fullerton area in 2006 and since relocated back to his home town area of Cerritos. To the people I serve: I thank you for letting me be a part of not only your life but the people you refer. I strive to give you the attention and the knowledge you deserve.
