Though born and raised on the upper east side, Mark Levine considers himself equally at home in all of Manhattan's unique neighborhoods. As one of several generations of New Yorkers, he has a deep passion for the city, matched only by his intense passion for selling real estate here. Having personally been through the condominium and cooperative purchase process himself, Mark has first-hand knowledge as both an owner and an accomplished real estate professional. This gives him the edge in helping successfully guide clients through what can often be a tremendously stressful and daunting process. Mark began his real estate career in New York City 15 years ago, earning awards and accumulating many loyal clients and customers along the way. Today, at Corcoran, he heads the Levine team , supported by associates Gabriel Orpaz and Paul Vengilio. Prior to that , he helped build his family's thriving computer supply company in Chelsea. Clients and customers alike appreciate Mark's expert level of knowledge, market savvy and superior negotiating skills -that help make buying and/or selling real estate in New York City -a seamless process. He is as straight forward in his guidance as he is ethical in his dealings, which is why he enjoys continuous repeat client business and referrals. Mark's strong love of architecture and NYC history are also valuable assets he utilizes while educating clients on all aspects of the "New York experience". Mark currently resides with his partner and his Beagle, Lucky, in the home he owns downtown at 15 Broad Street. In his spare time Mark loves to travel and escapes to ski in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado in the winter and to the beaches of Fire Island and the Hamptons in the summer. He is also an avid skier, kayaker, and tennis player and has served multiple terms on the board of directors of a New York State human rights organization.
