Linda Hutchings has lived in the Conejo Valley area for over 14 years. Having grown up in a family that operated their own property management company and real estate investment company, it's no wonder that Linda enjoys being a Realtor in her community assisting buyers, sellers, and investors to fulfill their real estate goals. Linda received her bachelor's degree from the University of California Irvine where she earned a special double emphasis in environmental health and city planning as well as psychology and social behavior. Linda minored in Art History with an emphasis on architectural design. Linda was privileged to attend the Harvard University Graduate School of Design summer program in architectural design. Linda has always been fascinated with all aspects of architectural design including landscape architecture, interior design, remodeling and home staging. Her background knowledge in these fields has contributed to so much of her success both as a Realtor and in personally building and maintaining equity wealth in real estate throughout all of the market cycles for over twenty years. She is very familiar with the ups and downs of real estate cycles having personally experienced many of them first hand throughout her childhood and adult life. Linda is well aware of how tax laws, interest rates, and the mortgage and finance industries play such an integral role in having success in real estate. No matter what challenge Linda faces, she always focuses on maintaining a strict work ethic that focuses on the highest standards of professionalism and dedication to anticipating, understanding and achieving the goals and dreams of her clients.
