First of all, I would like to say "Thank you" for taking the time to get to know me! I am a proud wife and mother of five children. I am a fortunate woman blessed to have been given a second chance to enjoy life and live life it to its fullest. My career began at Swire Properties, (a Hong Kong based company that develops and manages world-class commercial, retail and residential properties, typically large-scale multi-purpose complexes, developer of Brickell Key Miami). At that time, I had no idea that a simple job would turn into a lifelong career. Through the years, I worked with their property management, construction, leasing & marketing departments. I learned that honesty, integrity and professionalism and quality are the simple virtues that gain respect in this industry. In that time, I was blessed to know and work with many influential people who knew and understood their craft. Thus today Brickell Key is one of the most distinctive island communities in the world. I continued my path working with Alfred Sanzari Industries, (since 1945, the Company has built over six million square feet of commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential properties). Working with their construction, leasing and marketing department, I managed the deal flows and gained further knowledge understanding of office and retail real estate. I was called upon to work with Ivy Equities (a private equity investment firm founded in 1996, since then have invested over $500 million of equity in various asset classes). I worked in their construction, leasing and marketing department learning to manage deal processes and construction budget management and gained further knowledge in acquisition of office properties. Last, but certainly not least, I worked with The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (a supermarket retailer since 1859). While there, I worked with property management, surplus properties, lease administration, and real estate accounting. As Manager of Real Estate Operations, I managed the day to day operations of the real estate accounting group and more importantly reduced corporate expenditures by approximately $2 million annually and found new revenue streams through lease auditing. I gained vast knowledge of shopping centers and their profitability. Needless to say, my career has been extensive and experiences have been great. I have a passion for real estate, shopping and deal-making. Today I have found that I can have all of these passions live in harmony. My experiences have taught me, honesty, integrity, professionalism, and how to help my clients shop for the best deals in real estate.
