From automated document management to being 100% online all the time, I can't imagine doing this job without my iPad. One of my specialties is working with relocation clients. It's hard to move to a new state and choose a new place...it will never be exactly like what you left, but I'm an expert at helping you make the change. I am certified with many of the nation's largest relocation companies including SIRVA, Weichert and Odyssey. I'll get you the best possible price for the house you decide to buy. The way I do the analaysis and write up an offer, with lots of data and details, goes a long ways to help the seller accept your pricing and terms. SELLING? My job is to help you make the most money in the shortest time possible. It's a lot of work to sell your house. I'll guide you in how to "think like a buyer" and get your property ready to sell. As Director of Marketing for Andersen Software I launched product lines in multiple countries and worked with professionals from a wide variety of cultures. My interest in real estate came through working for a custom home builder. In addition to managing project schedules and budgets, I had the opportunity to make clients' visions a reality by sourcing unusual products from around the world.
