To say Lawrence Lee is an overachiever is an understatement. Twenty-nine-year-old Lawrence has traveled all over the world and overseen some of Manhattan’s largest real estate transactions. His keen business sense and natural interpersonal skills have rapidly propelled him to becoming one of Manhattan’s most promising and successful real estate professionals. Born in Tokyo, Japan, Lawrence grew up in a close-knit family and immersed himself in the familial culture that surrounded him. His impeccable code of ethics was derived from his parents who taught him the importance of treating others with respect and the lessons he learned have served him very well. Lawrence and his family lived in Sumatra, Indonesia when he was a young boy, then moved to Hong Kong, Tokyo and Qatar. Throughout these moves, he and his family traveled extensively, visiting some of the world’s most beautiful and cosmopolitan cities--London, Paris, New Delhi, Berlin, Rome, Athens, Istanbul and Sydney--to name a few, but when he found New York, he found his place in the world. His experience with world cultures and education at the prestigious Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania only fueled his commitment to lead a life of purpose. Once he graduated high school, he moved to New York and attended NYU, majoring in Politics. His tireless energy, commitment to excellence and natural ability to lead and inspire impressed not only his teachers, friends and mentors but caught the attention of Ilan Bracha who prides himself on hiring only the best of the best. Lawrence’s responsibilities include overseeing each transaction that the Bracha Group conducts. From creative marketing concepts, strategic direction, lead generation, company recruiting and working closely with agents and developers, Lawrence’s hands-on approach has helped the Bracha Group achieve unparalleled recognition and success. Within eight years, Lawrence has acquired a vast knowledge of the unique culture of the Manhattan real estate industry, earning him the trust of some of the city’s most influential leaders. His vision is always “to take it one step further--to achieve the seemingly unachievable,” and to carve out a distinctive niche within Manhattan’s business climate that represents integrity, extraordinary customer service and satisfaction and limitless opportunities. Lawrence considers himself a true New Yorker and his generous spirit, warm sense of humor and indefatigable energy are a perfect match for the city that never sleeps. His altruistic nature is evident, not only by his friends and associates, but from his involvement in the Big Brothers Program in Harlem, where he taught young men the importance of serving the community and achieving goals, whatever the circumstances. Lawrence begins his day early, as an avid runner and sports enthusiast, he’s either at Central Park, the Reebok Sports Club or the LA Sports Club in Rockefeller Center. He’s a big fan of everything New York--from museums to restaurants to Broadway shows--he manages to fill up his “extra hours” with plenty of cultural sustenance. Although he’s a Philadelphia 76ers fan, he’s slowly warming to the New York Knicks, but we don’t hold that against him. One of Lawrence’s mottos is “By doing the right thing, wealth, in all forms will follow.” That mantra appears to be working quite well for him. He is a resident and board member of his condo building located in Manhattan’s Central Park South neighborhood.
